Building a web or mobile digital product? How do your users interact with your product? What experience do they get?
Having an understanding of the user experience research process is the first step towards conducting an actual user testing study. User testing studies can help designers discover and address usability issues, which could result in better experiences and a higher sales conversion. Come and join us at this event to learn how you can conduct usability tests for your web and mobile products.Participants will get to learn about the benefits of user-testing through case studies, how they can structure the research process, conducting interviews, sourcing for interview participants, structuring interview questions, etc. Participants will also have some hands-on time to try out eye tracking hardware and software, and be introduced to commonly used eye tracking metrics such as fixation sequences, gaze points, areas of interest, and heat maps.
