Darren - Senior Consultant, Foolproof.
Darren is a Senior Consultant in Foolproof’s Strategy, Insight and Consulting practice, where his work centers around leading the delivery of insight that helps clients make better business decisions, usually by making better human decisions. A sense-maker and storyteller, he loves finding and shaping the narratives that enable people to make sense of complexity on their own.
Over the course of his career, he’s seen how design can meaningfully shape creative energy in teams and organisations, but to get there we often have to unblock the misalignment and resistances that exist in culture and in people. His current career exploration: what lives in the intersection of human-centric design and organizational development, and can it achieve better outcomes for the people we serve?
Irina Chiew - Product Innovation Lead, ThoughtWorks
Irina is a Product Innovation Lead at ThoughtWorks with 14 years of experience in product strategy, interaction and experience design. She has helped global brands including HSBC, Barclays, Nike, Aviva, AKQA and Sapient/Razorfish in innovating and creating superior customer experiences. She has partnered with clients to solve many complex design challenges with pragmatic yet elegant solutions and products. Her expertise lies in defining product strategies, crafting compelling interfaces and designing seamless experiences across complex ecosystems.
Vasu Kolla - Transformation Lead, PebbleRoad
Vasu heads product teams at PebbleRoad a strategy and design consultancy in Singapore. He works with C level at traditional organisations to plan and execute digital transformation initiatives. Vasu's areas of expertise lie in product management, organisation design and agile ways of working. He is passionate about using design-led approaches for business transformation.

The Mission of UXSEA Society is to build and add value to the people of SouthEast Asia region in an Inclusive manner. The Society is non-profit.
SouthEast Asia is diverse, young, vibrant and different in some aspects than from other geographies like the North America, UK and the EU. The awareness about User Experience is still growing here. People in SEA typically have larger income gaps, are more Visual and love multimedia.
The UXSEA Society would organize yearly UX events in different countries across SouthEast Asia to help strengthen User Experience awareness and practice across Businesses, UX professionals and Academia in countries of South East Asia.
