What is this about?
As part of an ongoing series of workshops conducted by Microsoft for enterprise businesses on how to digitally transform their businesses and operations through data strategies and adopting cloud technologies, Chemistry will conduct a sharing on how companies can employ a human-centred approach in their digital transformation journey, by integrating other layers of operations such as customer needs, internal human resource, usability and user experience.
Through this sharing, enterprise businesses will learn how to use the design thinking methodology to identify opportunity areas, and map out their respective digital transformation journeys.

Digital Transformation through Human-Centred Design
To kick off, Chemistry will share how companies can employ a human-centred approach in their digital transformation journey, by integrating other layers of operations such as customer needs, internal human resource, usability and user experience. Journey to the cloud
In this session, we will discuss about the value to Hybrid cloud. Further, we will walk through steps and showcase best practices for organizations to start their cloud journey by leveraging Microsoft cloud adoption framework, well architected framework, and enterprise scale landing zones.
