What is this about?

In the unsettling times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we might find ourselves waking up with a new worry every day. How are we going to recover from this? How will my business survive? How am I going to outlast this?

In this period of standstill, we hope to introduce how Design Thinking could help us approach and unravel the knot of challenges we might find ourselves in.

Design Thinking is a human-centered, creative problem-solving process. It starts with understanding the problem by bringing in people who have experienced it, so that we design with empathy and clarity when navigating complex problems.

We will be working on a design challenge together as part of our learning. In light of the COVID-19 situation, we selected a design challenge that most of us would find resonance with – How might we take care of the community’s well-being in times of isolation?
