BrandCodeSpeaker Name: Don Tan
Designation: Co-Founder, BrandCode
BrandCode is an initiative co-founded by Don as well as the Founder from Malaysia. BrandCode International was recently incorporated in Singapore to extend BrandCode beyond Singapore and Malaysia, to Australia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam within the next few years.
Don, has been in the advertising communications industry for more than 25 years. Started his own ad agency at the age of 28, he has gone thru the entire cycle of industry wide changes from traditional agency model, specialised media and creative services, digital, integrated and now the mobile driven era.
Striving forward and adapting to the new paradigm of communications, he is embarking on a journey to deliver communications solutions that are relevant for the now and the future. Hence, BrandCode is born.
Infineon Technologies Asia Pte Ltd

Infineon Technologies is a German semiconductor manufacturer founded in 1999. Their semiconductor products have a wide variety of various application areas, and are sold across four different business divisions: Automotive (ATV), Industrial Power Control (IPC), Power Management & Multimarket (PMM), and Digital Security Solutions (DSS). Infineon’s supply chain structure is complex with several manufacturing sites in Asia and inventory warehouses across Asia (China, Hong Kong, Singapore).
Tania is responsible for the supply chain concepts, contracts and projects supporting the customer logistics management organization who are serving the customers on order management and fulfilment topics. I have 20 years of professional working experience in semiconductor industry in customer service, product marketing, supply chain project management.
National Museum of Singapore
Speaker Name: Gong Pan Pan
Designation: Senior Manager
Pan Pan oversees volunteer engagement and partnership function which resides under the Visitor Experience division of the National Museum of Singapore. Besides managing about 300 volunteers who conducts daily guided tours at the museum in multiple languages, she also recruits and trains non-guiding volunteers who support a range of functions at the museum such as Meet and Greet, programme support and accessibility initiatives. She works with colleagues in various divisions of the museum to anticipate and fulfil their need for volunteer support. She also liaises with external parties to host activities, exhibitions and programmes at the Museum to provide greater diversity of content and experiences to visitors through external partnerships. In addition, she is looking into improving accessibility to the museum content for visitors of varying needs with special focus on Seniors and Special Needs groups.
