Speaker Name: Jason Lee
Designation: Managing Director
Jason has worked for over 30 years in the areas of assurance and advisory. His experience extends to due diligence, accounting, financial management and reporting advisory works as well as the audit of small and medium enterprises to MNCs locally and overseas.
Jason is a Fellow of both the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), a member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professional Limited (“SIATP”) as an Accredited Tax Advisor, a member of both the Public Accounting Practice Committee (PAPC) and Investigation and Disciplinary Panel of ISCA, and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
CA.sg PAC is a boutique public accounting firm serving multinational corporations and large SMEs, supporting them in their growth strategies and ensuring they stay compliant with legal, statutory and tax regulations as they expand within, into or out of Singapore.
Speaker Name: Sharon Tan
Designation: Managing Director, APAC Head of Client Infrastructure, Global Coverage Group
Sharon joined DWS in 2014 and is Head of Client Infrastructure for Asia Pacific. She has regional oversight responsibilities for globally integrated functions in Global Product Platform covering Client implementation, Product management, Client Reporting and Know-Your-Client.
Prior to this role, Sharon was Head of Private Bank & Intermediaries Sales coverage for Asia ex-Japan, responsible for leading the sales efforts and development of the wholesale funds distribution business.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Sharon joined from Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) where she spent 10 years as part of the Institutional Client Servicing team and Private Banks Sales team in Asia ex-Japan. Prior to GSAM, Sharon was in Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Business where she worked on mergers and acquisition, corporate finance and audit.
Sharon holds a Masters of Science in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economic and Political Science, UK.
Nikko Asset Management
Speaker Name: Kenneth Tang
Designation: Senior Portfolio Manager
Kenneth Tang is a senior portfolio manager at Nikko Asset Management based in Singapore. He is responsible for managing Singapore, ASEAN and Balanced portfolios.
Kenneth brings to Nikko AM more than 20 years of investment experience in equity long only and equity long short capacities as well as extensive commodity research experience. Prior to joining Nikko AM, Kenneth was the lead portfolio manager for PineBridge Investments in Singapore Equity and Balanced portfolios. Before PineBridge Investments, Kenneth was managing director and portfolio manager at Black River Asset Management focusing on Asian industrial and agricultural commodities.
Between 1996 and 2007, Kenneth served as a research analyst and portfolio manager for Credit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM, now Amundi Asset Management). During his time in CAAM, Kenneth was lead manager for CAAM’s country funds in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia as well as a senior portfolio manager for CAAM’s discretionary equity mandates. Kenneth helped CAAM attain the best performing fund (Asian Investor) in the Singapore Equity category during the period from 2004 to 2006.
Kenneth graduated from the National University of Singapore, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.

Designation: Head of Data and Digitalisation
EnHao Chua is Head of Digitalisation and Data at UOB Asset Management (UOBAM). He is responsible for driving digital transformation, adoption of emerging technologies and implementation of core digital capabilities for the firm.
His data management and analytics experience spans more than 15 years, across logistics, IT and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining UOBAM, he was Head of Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics with Boehringer Ingelheim.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics, and a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore
