China's tech sector has grown significantly in recent years with many second tier cities upgrading their value chains as they look to shift away from serving as traditional manufacturing hubs.

Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province and new first tier city in China is entering a phase of economic transformation and has emerged as the upcoming tech & innovation city of China.
