With a large consumer base and a burgeoning middle class, China – the world’s most populous country – is a key market for many Singapore lifestyle companies. However, infringement of Intellectual Property (IP) rights is a potential risk when operating in Asia’s second largest economy. To be successful in this lucrative yet highly competitive market, companies therefore need to understand the risk and vagaries of China’s IP environment.

When used correctly, IP, which includes intangible assets such as trade secrets, know-how, patents and trademarks, can provide your businesses with a strong competitive advantage. Learn how you can take steps to safeguard your business against IP risks and reduce business uncertainty as well as how you can enforce your IP rights when they are being infringed.

Join us at this webinar to learn from industry experts about strategic IP management and the latest IP developments in China. Plus, hear from Singapore companies on their successes and challenges in managing their IP in China.
