What is this about? The Design Sprint was first made famous by Jake Knapp in his book Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days. Since then, countless organisations have used the method to bring teams and customers together to solve critical challenges in short periods of time. Over the years, the methodology has also changed, and now we have something called Design Sprint 2.0. This new approach embodies new learnings and hacks that have made the process more efficient.
In this 2-part webinar series, Vasu Kolla, Engagement Director at PebbleRoad, will bring you up to speed on understanding design sprints and how to run them successfully in your organisation.
The 1st webinar will introduce the design sprint methodology, and the 2nd webinar will teach you some hacks, especially around running remote design sprints.
Webinar 2 (60 mins): Design sprint tips and hacks
- How to run remote design sprints?
- How and why you should run an iteration sprint?
- Try out two activities from the design sprint
- Resources to help you to run a successful sprint
